Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 09, 2026 These Terms & Conditions regulate all product transactions between you (the Buyer) and RACEDUEL (the Seller) via www.raceduel.co online store, supplementary to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1.1 All displayed prices are denominated in USD unless currency switcher shows other currencies. Prices exclude international shipping fees and local import customs duties, which shall be borne by the buyer. 1.2 We accept credit card, PayPal and other checkout payment methods shown on the payment page. Your order will only enter production & shipping process after full payment is confirmed. 1.3 We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors (e.g. obvious typo price mismatch). If we detect price mistakes after you complete payment, we will contact you to cancel the order with full refund.

2.1 Check our separate Shipping Policy page for delivery timeframes, shipping area coverage and carrier information. 2.2 Delays caused by international customs clearance, bad weather, logistics carrier failure are not our liability; we will provide tracking support to assist you. 2.3 It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping address. Failed delivery due to wrong address will generate redelivery fees paid by buyer.

3.1 Return requests must follow our Return Policy. Unwanted unused products can be returned within the specified return window with original packaging intact. 3.2 Defective factory products enjoy official manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from crash, improper installation, self-modification or daily wear and tear of bike components. 3.3 Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 7-14 working days after we receive and inspect returned goods. Shipping cost for returns is borne by buyer unless the item has factory defects.

For cross-border orders shipped outside our warehouse region: All import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not reimburse any customs-related charges.

All products are subject to stock status displayed on the page. If items run out of stock after you place an order, we will offer full refund or equivalent product exchange options.

Our website may contain links to external cycling blogs, social platforms. RACEDUEL takes no responsibility for the privacy policies, product quality or content of third-party websites.

These Terms & Conditions, together with Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, form the complete legal agreement between buyer and seller. Any oral or informal promises not written on our official policy pages are invalid.
