These Terms of Service govern all access and use of www.raceduel.co website, accounts, products and services provided by RACEDUEL. By browsing, registering, purchasing goods on our site, you fully agree to these binding terms.
1. Account Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with parent or legal guardian consent.
1.2 You are responsible for keeping your account login password confidential. All orders, operations under your account belong to your sole liability. Notify us immediately if your account suffers unauthorized access.
2. Website Usage Rules
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, distribute our website text, product images, brand logo without written permission (all intellectual property belongs to RACEDUEL).
- Use bots, scrapers, malicious scripts to attack, overload or steal website data.
- Post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harmful content in product reviews or message forms.
- Use our platform for fraudulent payment, fake order or resale scams.
3. Product & Order Service
3.1 All bicycle fork, headlight, wheel, brake, handlebar, lock product descriptions, sizes and prices are subject to real-time update on the website. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
3.2 Order confirmation email represents binding purchase contract between you and RACEDUEL. Check Shipping & Return Policy for delivery timeline, return eligibility.
3.3 Product pictures are for reference only; minor color differences caused by screen display do not qualify as defective goods.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, brand name RACEDUEL, product design, website layout, text, photos, graphics are protected by copyright, trademark and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
RACEDUEL shall not be liable for indirect losses including lost profits, business interruption arising from website access failure, product usage. Our maximum compensation limit equals your actual order payment amount.
All bike accessories are sold for normal cycling use; we do not take responsibility for accidents caused by improper installation or misuse of parts.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your user account if you violate any clause in these Terms of Service, without prior refund for unshipped orders caused by policy breach.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of your local shipping region. Disputes shall first be resolved via email customer service negotiation.
8. Policy Modification
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued website use after revisions means you accept the updated terms.
